Pet policy
Dogs and cats are welcome at the Colonial Inn Motel, subject to room availability, for $35 per pet per night, with a maximum of two pets per room.
We’re pleased to welcome your pets. Being pet friendly is one of the reasons people choose the Colonial Inn, and it’s in the name of our own homepage.
The short version
- Dogs and cats are allowed, based on room availability.
- A maximum of two pets per room.
- The pet fee is $35 per pet, per night.
- Tell us about your pet when you book. Pet-friendly rooms are limited. A reservation that doesn’t mention an accompanying pet may be declined, with no refund.
While you’re here
- Please clean up after your pet. Litter disposal stations are on the property, and a $50 fine is charged for not using them.
- Pets must be on a leash at all times.
- Pets are welcome in the pool area on a leash, but not in the pool.
- Pets must not be left unattended at any point during your stay and must be kept in a secure crate whenever they are inside the guest room.
- Please keep barking and other noise down so other guests aren’t disturbed.
- To have your room serviced, arrange a convenient time with the front desk or housekeeping.
- You are responsible for any property damage or personal injury caused by your pet. Pet-caused room damage or extraordinary cleaning is charged at the actual assessed cost. There is no fixed amount; it varies by property, room and the nature and extent of the damage or cleaning required.
